24/7 Free Mobile Internet Browsing Anytime, Anywhere! (Globe Smart Sun)

Can't wait to go online on Facebook to see the comments on your posts? upload stolen pictures? search for your long lost friend? or to chat with your crush? but there's no available PC around or busy in your daily activities such as doing your work and going to school?
Well here is the solution, i assumed you do have a browsing-capable pnone? If so, well smile for now, you can access the internet free on your hand anytime, anywhere!

From the Three giant networks in Philippines (Globe, Smart and Sun) there are offers and promos of unlimited Internet browsing for 1 day, but dont worry this is not our topic here, we'll try to access the Internet on your hand held phones - free and unlimited!

Here we go!


Requirements :
- Mobile phone with internet browser.
- Opera Mini 5 browser  (download here)
- Bolt 2.3 Browser   (download here)
- Opera Mini 6 browser + PatchTrick (Smart only)  (download here)

Prepaid balance restrictions :
- Globe, from P0.00 - P4.00
- Smart, from P1.00 - P9.00
- Sun, (coming soon)
Note: Do not excees the Prepaid balane limit, if this happens, P5.00 will be deducted from your current prepaid balance. Watch out for your maintaining balance.


Setup your phone:
Go to your phone's connection settings and make a new connection.
Globe
- Access Point Name: www.globe.com.ph
- Homepage: www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp
- Proxy Server Address (IP): 203.177.042.214
- Proxy Port Number: 8080
Smart
- Access Point Name: mms
- Homepage: http://10.102.61.238:8002
- Proxy Server Address (IP): 10.102.61.46
- Proxy Port Number: 8080

Sun

Steps :
1. Download any of the three browsers above. (depends upon your network)

2. Connect your phone to PC/Laptop via usbcable, then copy-paste the downloaded .jar browser application on your phone preferrably to Memory card. Once copied, you may now disconnect the usbcable. Bluetooth File transferring is another option.

3. Open the browser and type the settings:
Globe
- Opera Mini 5 settings: 
-- Tricks: Custom1
-- Custom Server: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@global-4-lvs-usa.opera-mini.net:80/
then click Ok.

- Bolt 2.3 settings:
-- FrontQuery: www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@
-- ProxyType: host
-- ProxyServer: www.globe.com.ph/
then click Save.

Smart
- Opera Mini 6 settings:
-- After installing this browser, don't open it yet, iistall first PatchTrick by opening it. Then after, open the browser then installing will start.

5. When the browser is properly installed just follow the prompts. Now try typing a website on the address bar and press Ok/Go, if the page loads, congratulations! you are on your way to free unlimited browsing anytime anywhere!

Notes :
- There are phones that RAM sizes are minimal, in this case you might experience "unable to install" or "out of memory". The bigger RAM capacity - the better and faster.
- Only Globe has the ability to browse with P0.00 prepaid balance.
- A Peso maintaining balance is strictly required on Smart to be able to browse.
- The speed and performance of the connection with respect to the browser depends upon the Time of the day. From dawn, morning, noon and afternoon browsing works well, but in the evening expect heavy users, that's why browsing in the evening requires patience. (haha!)
- Try installing in the morning, the faster connection the better browsing experience ofcourse.
- Smart settings works on Series 60 phones, I still didn't tried it yet on other OS platforms. (just try it)
- Globe settings works on both Series 40 & Series 60 phones. (as far as I know)
- Browsers are download and upload capable. (but not on heavy downloads)
- Bolt Browser is capable of viewing Youtube videos as far as your phone's flash player is concerned. (still best on WiFi connection)
